My Goggo is a 150cc, a 1954 model and still in the original paint. Here's a link to a web site with a few shots of my bike: http://web.thecreeper.net/pics/gogo/ I think photo #6 and photo #16 capture the color best, it's a shade darker than "sky blue". Don't know what other colors were ava...

Those are a couple of very sad looking cars! Does that make me a pessimist? ;o)

Hello Thomas,

Thanks for that referral. Does Helmut know English or will I need to have my German speaking girlfriend write him a letter? Does Helmut possibly have e-mail now?

Is the history of the white Heinkel as interesting? Not quite, but I understand that one of the previous owners (a friend of mine) rode the Heinkel from SF to Colorado and back several years ago. I got the Heinkel about 5 or 6 years ago and I didn't even know I wanted it at the time. Another friend...

Goggo 150 vs. San Francisco Hills

I live in San Francisco, a city known for its hilly terrain. As a matter of fact, the neighborhood I live in is known as Potrero Hill! Even with the limited use my Goggo has seen thus far, I have noticed a tendency for it to loose power while ascending very long, steep hills. My questions: 1) is thi...

Rubber Bits (Gummi)

Does anyone reproduce rubber parts for the Goggo? I'm afraid my original rubber bits will not survive long once I begin using my Goggo. Also, I believe there should be a rubber boot between the engine and rear chain guard, but this is missing from my scoot. How about the beading between legshield, f...

Recommened Fuel Mix Ratio For Goggo

I have not been able to find the factory specification for fuel/oil mixture ratio for the Goggo. Don't know if there would be a different ratio for the various engine models, but I have a 150. I am currently running 32:1 or 3% as some of my friends like to call it.

Hello Marc, Thanks for your reply. I am well aware of Thomas' great site, it is mainly responsible for fueling the desire to have a Goggo of my own these past few years. Unfortunately my ignorance of the German language prevents me from enjoying maximum benefit from the information presented there. ...

San Francisco Goggo Roller Pilot

Hallo Roller Freunde! Pardon my use of English, but unfortunately I don't understand German. I'm located in San Francisco, California and a long-time dream of mine was fulfilled last week when a Goggo roller came to live in my garage! My Goggo is a 1954 150 Standard, a nice unrestored example that c...
