engine problem
Recently, my T54 developed a problem that I have yet to diagnose. It starts fine and has full power. Within 1/2 mile or so, that power is lost and the poor Goggoroller can barely move. It bogs down completely and has no throttle response. Almost acts like an air leak but it does not run lean...? Is it possible the timing jumped? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome....
could it be the the carburettor choke slider is always closed?
It sounds the the starting of the engine is well (closed slider) and after warming up the mixure is to fatty so the engine runs not well...
I thing the timing must be OK if the engine is cold you can decrease or increaese the rotation without problems?
Another thing could be that the ignition coil is damagen (shortcuts if the temp. is increasing...)
Tell us more about your scooter - or post pics - greetings Helmut
